Hi, I’m Evelyn. Papel y Pixel is a boutique consulting studio focused on operations, client experience, and intentional systems for law firms and growing businesses. My work is rooted in clarity, structure, and practical solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently and confidently.

My background spans social work, legal environments, and operational support, where I developed a deep understanding of how systems impact both internal teams and the clients they serve. From high-volume case workflows to onboarding processes and documentation, I’ve spent years working within structured systems that require organization, accuracy, and thoughtful design.

Before launching Papel y Pixel, I supported operations across foster care, child welfare, and legal settings, experiences that continue to shape my approach today. I bring empathy, process thinking, and strategic structure into every project, ensuring systems are not only efficient but also human-centered.

Today, I partner with law firms and service-based businesses to streamline workflows, optimize intake systems, and improve client experience through organized processes and clear documentation. I also offer brand identity and onboarding design services to support cohesive, professional client-facing systems.
